Among the noticeable films from Bollywood, Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salman’s ‘Zoya Factor’ is said to be the biggest disaster, of late. The Monday collections of the movie were shocking with Rs. 12 lakh nett.
Overall, the movie collections were below three crore nett and it’s really shocking that the movie couldn’t connect with the audiences. Of course, ‘Zoya Factor’ received mixed reviews right from its opening show.
The film begins with a voice-over from Baadshah Shahrukh Khan and an unbelievable and muddy narration couldn’t be salvaged by that one factor alone. This is Dulquer Salman’s second movie in Hindi.
Though he has the screen presence and also can speak Hindi quite fluently without any South accent, his choice of films is costing him much. His first movie ‘Caravan’ in Bollywood was also a flop. The guy has the scope in Bollywood, and he needs to rethink.
The choice of stories made Dulquer the superstar in Malayalam, and he needs to do that in Bollywood even.
