Earlier this week, the Union Government had announced that it is allowing film theaters to open from October 15th with a 50% occupancy limit. The Information and Broadcasting Ministry is yet to reveal the SOPs to be followed while re-opening the theaters.
Telangana Theatres association will meet the press Tomorrow to put forward their requests and relief measures required to Re-open. They will be seeking some exemptions from the Government to help them tide over the crisis inflicted due to the Pandemic.
They may even send a delegation to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao to bring their problems to his notice. On the other side, deliberations are still on in Andhra Pradesh as Suresh Babu who holds the highest number of theaters is not in favor of the Re-opening.
It has to be seen if the theaters will be open from October 15th as allowed.
