And here arrives the theatrical trailer of Power starring Ravi Teja in the lead. The first thing that comes to our mind and only thing that stays with us when we see the trailer is Ravi Teja. It is very over the top but that is his mark. Nothing much is revealed about the plot though we can easily guess there will be two shades to the character of Ravi Teja. There is this usual familiarity in terms of whole set up and presentation but it nonetheless works.
The background score and visuals are fine. There seems to be ample comedy with the presence of the usual suspects. Noteworthy thing is Sapthagiri being highlighted in this promo along with Brahmanandam. Usually it’s only the latter we see in theatricals. Dialogues are okey-dokey. On the whole it’s a trailer that does its job in a clinical manner, nothing more nothing less, with Ravi Teja being the epicentre.
