The much awaited trailer of Tamil superstar Vijay’s upcoming fantasy drama ‘Puli’ is out. For a Vijay’s fan, this trailer is fantastic. But for common audiences, it’s good, not extraordinary. What’s good? The well choreographed stunts, aerial shots and the background score.

Why did it not become extraordinary? Trailer has shades of Sidharth and Shruti Haasan’s Telugu fantasy drama ‘Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu’ which didn’t impress back then. The BGM sounds good but couldn’t take it to the level of being called extraordinary. And even the overall impact takes us to the level of saying that it’s good.
Coming to Sridevi’s blink and miss appearances in the trailer, she reminds us about Rajamouli offering her ‘Shivagami’ role and her rejection. Rajamouli is lucky indeed!
