A dance performance by Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha to a song from the movie mesmerized the audience and received thunderous applause. Samantha looked stunning in a designer lehenga. Vijay Deverakonda’s shirtless dance delighted fans.
But the unexpected highlight of the event turned out to be an unintentionally hilarious performance by singer Sid Sriram where he crooned a song from the film in a very weird yet funny way. The clip of his act is now being shared on social media, and trolls are having a field day.
Sid Sriram has been on the receiving end for the past many months because of his flawed rendition of songs. Now this clip has given more stuff to the trolls. Some compared him to a pastor, while some said his singing is similar to a dog’s whining at night. One of them said his singing was similar to a student wanting to go to the toilet, but the teacher refused. Any which way, Sid Sriram has done his bit in doing publicity for Kushi.
The film’s songs, composed by Malayalam talent Hesham Abdul Wahab, gained popularity. Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Kushi is set to release on September 1, 2023.
