After a smashing opening day, Jai Lava Kusa saw a small fall in the next two days (Friday and Saturday), but it was back in flow on the first Sunday. The collection across the board saw a huge jump, and the result was a massive Sunday. It has propelled the overall opening weekend number in the two Telugu states.
The four-day extended weekend number in the Telugu states stands close to 40 Cr. Overall, worldwide collections are going to be above 50 Cr. There is still a long way to go before the film turns profitable for all parties concerned, though. The trend from first Monday will decide the actual fate of the movie.
