When his next, Beast, was announced with Vijay, Thalapathy fans were on cloud nine. The expected Nelson would deliver a perfect kidnap-drama thriller for Vijay. But the film turned out to be a damp squib. Beast was neither thrilling nor humorous.
But Nelson redeemed himself and his latest movie Jailer starring Rajinikanth has turned out to be his career’s biggest blockbuster. Though he didn’t make any extraordinary film, it was much, much better than his last outing Beast.
Vijay fans are venting out their frustration on social media that Nelson who gave hits to Rajinikanth, Sivakarthikeyan, and even Nayanthara, delivered an unforgettable flop only to their hero Vijay. They are in no mood to forgive Nelson for giving their idol a black spot in his career with Beast.
