Prepare for a plunge into fearsome waters. Kingston, starring GV Prakash Kumar, is touted to be India’s first sea adventure fantasy film. Its Telugu trailer offers a glimpse into a world where ancient secrets, ghostly entities, and high-stakes adventure come together.
Ganga Entertainments’ Maheswara Reddy Mooli has acquired the Telugu version’s release rights ahead of the film’s theatrical arrival on March 7.

Produced by Parallel Universe Pictures, Zee Studios, and GV Prakash Kumar himself, Kingston is billed as a visual spectacle. Director Kamal Prakash’s story is centered around a mysterious coastal village, where the depths of the sea harbor both wonder and terror. The trailer paints the image of a hero who steps up as a reluctant savior.
There could also be an element of supernatural horror to boot. The visuals, captured by cinematographer Gokul Benoy, hint at challenging underwater sequences.
