Manchu Manoj, who took a long break from films, is finally getting active again. Manoj has always shown his mark in music from his early days. He sang tracks like “Pyar Mein Padipoya” (Potugadu) and “Antha Baguntamra” during the pandemic, and wrote lyrics for songs such as “Pistha Pistha” (Mr. Nookayya) and “Yenno Yenno” (Nenu Meeku Thelusa). Some of his earlier songs even became hits, showing his natural flair and connection with audiences.
Behind the scenes, Manoj has contributed to music and action direction in films by his father Dr. Manchu Mohan Babu, brother Manchu Vishnu, and sister Lakshmi Manchu.
With Mohana Raga Music, Manoj plans supporting new talent, experimental sounds, and music that resonates with audiences in India and abroad. The label’s name carries special significance, honoring a raga cherished by both father and son.
