From the makers of heartfelt cinema comes Patang, a story of dreams, friendship, and flight. On the occasion of Diwali, the team unveiled their release date December 25th, 2025 marking a grand Christmas celebration on the big screen.
Initially planned for December 2024, the film’s release was postponed due to extensive CG work. But as the team says, “Good things take time great films take patience.” Now, Patang is ready to take off with a colorful, emotional, and entertaining journey.
Set against the lively spirit of kite-flying competitions, the film brings a brand-new flavor to Telugu cinema a true sports-comedy entertainer with heart.
Featuring Preethi Pagadala, Vamssi Pujit, and Pranav Kaushik in lead roles, along with Anu Hassan, S.P. Charan, Vadlamani Srinivas, Vishnu Oi, and Sivanarayana, Patang blends new talent with seasoned charm.
The film marks the directorial debut of Praneeth Prattipati, and produced by Vijay Sekhar Anne, Sampath Maka, Suresh Reddy Kothinti, Naani Bandreddi under the banners of Cinematic Elements and Rishaan Cinemas.
A leading production house is soon expected to come on board to present the film and ensure a massive theatrical rollout.
