Hyderabad realty scene is turning big. There is positive growth in the city which is attracting investors. On Monday, a square yard of commercial land in Gachibowli that falls under Serilingampally in Rangareddy district, was taken for Rs 2.22 lakh.

Auction of Housing Board lands was carried out by the government in KPHB. 53 people participated in the auction. 4 land parcels were auctioned in Gachibowli and all were sold out.
1,487 sq yards was auctioned at Rs 1.2 lakh, but it finally went for Rs 2.22 lakh, fetching Rs 33 crore. In Medchal, Qutbullahpur’s Chintal, out of 10 MIG land parcels, 3 were sold out.

Through them, the government made Rs 8.11 crore. In Bachupally, 8 plots were auctioned and 4 were sold out. The plot in B-1 block F 17 was auctioned at Rs 18.21 lakh.
The government made Rs 65 crore in total, shared Housing Board Commissioner Gautam. The government made Rs 55.56 crore with Gachibowli lands alone.
