Two Judgements: Unexpected End Results!

Two crucial judgments have come today. One in the Andhra Pradesh High Court and the other in the Supreme Court.

Andhra Pradesh High Court delivered the judgment on CID‘s application to impose more conditions on Chandrababu’s interim Bail. The Supreme Court issued notices to the CBI in Raghu Rama Krishna Raju‘s Petition regarding the delay in the CBI investigation of Jagan’s cases and moving the cases to another state.

The High Court asked Chandrababu not to talk about the case or hold political rallies.

Even then, the CID is disappointed because the court turned down the plea to two DSPs alongside CBN through the course of the bail period. The court did not consider the CID’s complaint that Chandrababu did a rally from Rajahmundry to Undavalli and in Hyderabad.

The court coined a new term ‘Political Rallies’ to negate that which disappoints the Government.

Moreover, Chandrababu is free to talk to the media on any topic except for the Skill Development Case.

The Government also expected the court to confine Chandrababu to his residence and the hospital which did not happen. So, the Government is naturally disappointed.

In RRR’s petition, the Supreme Court serving notices to the CBI about the delay is being welcomed by the Opposition.

But even they are not completely happy. The Apex court posted the case to January. They are disappointed with the lack of urgency the Apex Court has shown on such a crucial issue.

So, both the judgments did bring unexpected end results.
