Nandamuri Balakrishna (NBK) is making a full-time entry into politics with the aim of rescuing the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). With the recent arrest of Chandrababu, Balakrishna has taken on the responsibility of leading the TDP.
In the initial stages, NBK plans to visit the families who tragically lost their lives following Chandrababu’s arrest, stepping in once Chandrababu has been remanded. Reportedly, 25 members died so far after CBN’s arrest. NBK made an appearance at the TDP office on Tuesday, where he held discussions with senior leaders like Yenamala, Kambhampaati, and others.
Balakrishna’s primary objective in taking on this active role is to provide moral support to the TDP cadre. He conveyed to the leaders that he is fully prepared to participate in any programs organized by the TDP in the Telugu-speaking states.
This marks the first time we are witnessing Balakrishna actively involved in TDP politics since the party’s inception. TDP cadre have not previously seen him spending extended hours at the party office to plan their course of action.
Balayya’s upcoming film “Bhaghawant Kesari” has wrapped up shooting, and he may have postponed his next project with Bobby to devote his time to party activities and provide moral support to Lokesh and the TDP cadre.
