Balineni Srinivasa Reddy is Jagan’s relative from Vijayamma’s Side. But for some reason, he is subjected to non-stop insults in the party giving an impression that Jagan wants him to walk out.
It all started with Jagan retaining a Junior like Adimulapu Suresh in his cabinet and shunting out Balineni. Since then, there have been several attempts to sideline him from the party and the Government.
Balineni vented out his frustration many times in front of the media. There were speculations that he would be leaving the party but he held his ground until now.
But it looks like Jagan is delivering the final punch to Balineni.
Sources say that Jagan wants Balineni not to contest in 2024. He will be offering a ticket to his son but from the Giddaluru constituency. Ongole is the constituency of Balineni. He has been contesting from there since 1999 and lost only once.
To ask him to change the seat is nothing but an insult.
The other day, Vijaysai Reddy met Balineni in Hyderabad and informed him about the same. It has to be seen how the former Minister will respond to this.
Meanwhile, it is said that Karanam Balaram will be fielded from Ongole this time.
