Breaking: Another Case Filed On CBN

 Chandrababu Naidu

The AP CID has already come under stern criticism as opposition has been complaining that the investigation agency is operating entirely under the influence of the YCP government. The fact that CBN has been jailed for over 50 days in the vague AP skill scam is a testament of the same.

Now, in a breaking new development, it has been established that the AP CID has filed a new case against Chandrababu. This is in connection with the liquor companies in the state.

The AP CID is alleging that the previous TDP government gave permissions in an illegitimate manner to new liquor brands in the state. They filed the case just a short while ago and included CBN as A3 in the same.

This comes at a time when the AP high court has reserved the judgment on CBN’s bail plea on health grounds. While the HC will announce the judgement tomorrow, the AP CID has filed a new case as mentioned before just a short while back.

There is now a commotion that if Jagan decides to trouble CBN with this liquor case, it will be clear that he is desperate to keep the TDP chief behind bars for whatever vague reasons he can find. Moreover, Jagan made a promise for a complete liquor ban but he did not even talk about it after came into power. This will certainly work adversely for him and his party in the coming elections in AP.
