A case has been filed against actress Sri Reddy for making derogatory comments against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan.
Sri Reddy often makes crass comments against Chandrababu Naidu’s Telugu Desam Party and Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena Party.
Now, Telugu Desam Party’s IT cell filed a complaint against her at 3-Town Police Station in Kurnool. TDP IT cell’s official representative Raju Yadav filed the complaint on behalf of the party.
In the complaint, it was stated that Sri Reddy has been making derogate comments and posting fake videos on social media channels like YouTube and Facebook against Chandrababu Naidu, Pawan Kalyan, AP Home Minister Anita and IT Minister Nara Lokesh.
It was reported that Sri Reddy is making personal comments against these leaders and trying to defame them through social media.
The police have registered the FIR and filed a case against Sri Reddy under Sections 352 and 353 of BNS and Section 66 of IT Act 2000-2008.
The investigation has been started and the police are expected to take stringent action against Sri Reddy.
Even in the past, Sri Reddy has made derogatory comments against TDP and JSP chiefs and tried defaming them. People are hoping that the police will take strict action against her at least now.
