. The notices indicated that he would have to come to Visakhapatnam on the 6th of this month for questioning. The CBI has issued notice to Amanchi Krishnamohan in a case in which he had earlier criticized the courts and judges.
It is a known fact that the state high court has initiated action against those who made obnoxious comments on the court casting aspirations in various cases that went against YSR Congress. So far, 49 people (Most of them belonging to the Social Media cell of YSR Congress Party) have been issued notices under contempt of court.
Among them are ruling party MP Nandigam Suresh and former MLA Amanchi Krishnamohan. The CBI had announced registered same cases as registered by the state CID earlier. All the twelve FIRs registered according to sections – 154, 504, 505 of the IT Act were combined and treated as a single case before starting the investigation.
YSR Congress already extended complete legal help to its cadre who got cases on them in this regard.
