Chandrababu Naidu is out on an interim bail. The Honorable High Court has granted him four weeks of bail on medical grounds.
YSR Congress Government and leaders are so disappointed with this judgment. They were expecting that Naidu would never come out of jail.
The Government tried to curtail his political activity and movement by getting more conditions on him during the bail period.
The Government also informed the court that Chandrababu violated the Bail terms by speaking to the media and taking out a rally from Rajahmundry to Undavalli.
The High Court in its judgement clearly said they do not amount to violation.
But then, YSR Congress leaders repeatedly alleged before the media that giving bail was not correct and Chandrababu had violated the bail terms.
Even after the court clarifying that there is no violation making the same allegations amounts to the Contempt of the Court.
If Chandrababu drags them to the court, they can find themselves in trouble due to these allegations.
