Hours After State Government doing Ground Breaking Ceremony for Kadapa Steel Plant, the Union Government has resorted to Damage Control Measures. The Union Steel Ministry released a Press Note saying that the Central Government is all for helping the People of Andhra Pradesh but it did not happen due to the State Government.

The Ministry alleged that the State Government did not co-operate and did not furnish the necessary details needed to establish the Steel Plant. But then, all of them seems to be eyewash because people know the number of times TDP MPs meeting the Concerned Minister and urging him to expedite the process.
The State Government alleges that the Central Government purposefully brought an unfavorable report from SAIL regarding the Steel Plant and bid time in the name of another report from Mecan Advisory Organisation. The Center came up with clarification as PM Modi is visiting Andhra Pradesh in the first week of January.
