It has been exactly three years since the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu by the then Chief Minister YS Jagan. On September 9, 2023, Chandrababu was arrested by the police in connection with what the article describes as a fabricated skill scale case.
Today marks three years since the beginning of that period. On this occasion, Lokesh shared an interesting message on social media while recalling the events surrounding Chandrababu’s arrest.
Lokesh said that the YSRCP party illegally imprisoned Chandrababu garu in a fabricated case for political gains. He recalled how the Telugu community across the world supported Chandrababu garu for 53 days while chanting “Let the truth prevail.”
According to Lokesh, the truth eventually prevailed and Chandrababu garu was released from illegal detention. He also said that the fabricated cases were quashed by the courts and thanked the Telugu community for its support.
Lokesh further recalled those difficult days and expressed his gratitude to the Telugu community. His message highlighted the support Chandrababu received during the period following his arrest.
Chandrababu has made a significant comeback since this period. He was not traumatised by the arrest and did not lose morale. Instead, he stood his ground and continued his political battle in his trademark manner.
At the age of 70, the prospect of arrest could have been a major concern for anyone. However, Chandrababu continued his political journey and has now made a comeback as the CM of AP.
