Telugu Desam Party chief Chandrababu Naidu has waged a long legal battle against his arrest in the skill case. He has moved the Supreme Court in this case now as he has filed a quash petition.
However, the stalemate on the hearing and investigation are continuing. The apex court has adjourned the hearing and the next hearing will be on the 3rd of October. The Chief Justice passed the order a few minutes ago.

A similar stalemate was seen in CBN’s petition hearing at the ACB court as well. The ACB court postponed the hearing on CBN’s bail petition to the 5th of October.
The court has also postponed the hearing on the police custody petition filed by the AP government to the 5th of October. Both cases will come to the next hearing on the mentioned date.

It has been close to three weeks since Chandrababu was sent on remand to the Rajahmundry jail. The legal battle is still going on between Chandrababu and the YCP-led AP government.
