CBN’s Damage In Assembly More Than Jagan In Delhi

Chandrababu Naidu Caused More Damage in Assembly Than Jagan in Delhi

YS Jagan’s protest in Delhi against Chandrababu Naidu’s 45-day governance in Andhra Pradesh has raised eyebrows, especially since it coincided with the ongoing AP Assembly sessions. TDP leaders criticized Jagan, accusing him of intentionally skipping the sessions after suffering a humiliating defeat.

Although YSRCP invited numerous leaders to Jagan’s protest, only AIADMK and SP’s Akhilesh Yadav attended. Meanwhile, the TDP government had planned to release white papers on seven issues before the Assembly sessions.

Last week, they released white papers on four issues, and in the past two days, Chandrababu Naidu has released white papers on illicit liquor and the law and order situation in AP over the past five years.

Naidu presented a PowerPoint presentation before all NDA members in the Assembly, detailing how YS Jagan allegedly looted money by introducing J-Brands into the market, which led to health deterioration among the people and significant revenue losses for the government between 2019 and 2024. Naidu stated that the TDP government would probe the illicit liquor issue with the CID and ED.

On the law and order situation, Naidu highlighted various incidents, including the harassment of innocent people like Sudhakar and Abdul Saleem, and the targeting of political opponents like RRR. He provided statistics and images of the victims during his presentation. Home Minister Anitha challenged YS Jagan to reveal the names of 36 YSRCP activists, a question Jagan avoided when asked by the national media.

Naidu’s detailed presentations and white papers, while perhaps not swaying AIADMK and Akhilesh Yadav, could potentially damage Jagan’s standing among voters who previously supported him. The TDP’s strategy seems aimed at undermining Jagan’s credibility and highlighting the alleged failures and corrupt practices of his administration.
