Andhra Pradesh CID chief Sanjay and additional AG of Andhra Pradesh government, Ponnavolu Sudhakar were extensively highlighted by the YCP government in the arrest saga of Chandrababu Naidu.
But cut to now, they could be finding themselves in deep trouble as a court case has been filed against them.
NGO personality Satyanarayana filed a court case against the two individuals, saying they had wasted the public’s money by calling for press meets while the CBN arrest case was still in court.
Satyanarayana said he had requested for RTI information on the disproportionate use of public money on the press meetings called by the CID chief and additional AG.
He requested the court to order RTI information on the cost of the press meets. He raised a very valid point at the court.
The court accepted the case and postponed the next hearing to next week. This could well land the said individuals in a legal mess if things go south.
