The arrest of TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu is one of the biggest political developments in the state. Now, Naidu is having to wage a legal battle against the CID which is being propelled by the AP government.
It is known that the Vijayawada ACB court held a hearing on the bail and interim bail plea filed by Chandrababu’s lawyers.
The hearing was competed on the 15th of September itself and the CID was asked to file a counter on September 19. The same will come to discussion on Tuesday.
And it is known that Naiudu’s lawyers had even filed a quash petition at the AP high court. This case was adjourned and it is scheduled to come to hearing today.
All in all, this Tuesday is a crucial day for Chandrababu as he starts a fiery legal battle. There could be some substantial developments on these two cases tomorrow.
