Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu the other day announced that he will be announcing Candidates for the upcoming Elections well in advance this time. Speculations are on that the TDP Supremo will be announcing 75 or 100 Candidates at least a couple of months before the elections.

Many of the existing sittings may not get tickets this time, the party sources told. Naidu obviously would not want the last minute ruckus and will want to finish a headache before. The MLAs who will not get tickets may jump into Other Parties like Janasena. Such Jumpings in the last minute will create public Perception against the Ruling Party.
So Naidu came up with this idea. Naidu has to do away with some of the sitting MLAs who did not perform to the expectations. They did not mend their ways even after repeated warnings. So Naidu is keen on giving them the Red Card. Some of the Senior Leaders may give way to their scions this time. The early announcement may help them prepare for the polls.
The Elections in Andhra Pradesh are going to be a three way contest this time. The last time when such a contest happened during 2009 elections, it benefitted the then Ruling Party, Congress Party. Naidu is expecting the same to happen with Janasena and YSR Congress dividing the anti-government Vote.
