The farmers in the capital villages of Andhra Pradesh were having an emotional ride as they gear up to bring home the last harvest in this week. The lands of these villages will be given away for the Concrete jungle which currently holds the aspirations of Crores of people in the state.
There are mixed emotions as some are willingly contributing while the hesitant farmers do not know if they can manage with out giving their lands. Even the willing farmers are having a tough time battling the emotions due to their attachment with the lands. The CRDA taking over the lands now and will not allow the next crop there.
The farmers who lived all their lives with cultivation will now have to check out for new professions and adapt to them. They are also likely to get their share of developed lands only after three to five years.
