Kadapa Police have made the first arrests in relation to YS Vivekananda Reddy’s Murder Case. Viveka’s Close-Associate Erra Gangireddy, Viveka’s PA MV Krishna Reddy, and Another person Prakash are arrested. In a Press Statement, Police said that the accused tried to tamper the evidence in the case.
The mortal remains of Viveka were shifted from Bath Room to Bed Room, Blood Stains in the Bed Room were cleaned, Even before the police started their investigation the body was shifted to Government Mortuary, and the letter written by Viveka was purposefully not given to the Police by the PA.
On the other side, arguments are going on in Andhra Pradesh High Court on the Petitions of Viveka’s family members. They are urging to transfer the investigation to CBI and also asked the court not to allow the SIT to keep any Press Meets about the case. It has to be seen what the court decides now.
