Bandi Sanjay, who has been opposed to becoming a Union Minister from the beginning, has informed the national leadership that he cannot continue as the party’s president in the current situation.
Sanjay expressed dissatisfaction with the developments within the BJP and criticized the leadership for not taking strict action against those who have caused damage to the party.
He finds it challenging to continue as the president, citing concerns that the efforts to increase the party’s popularity are being undermined by certain individuals.
According to party sources, some new leaders from the Congress and BRS are hoping to secure the position of party president since Kishan Reddy is reluctant to take up the role, and Bandi Sanjay is unwilling to continue in the position.
