Here is an exciting news for farmers in AP’s Capital region who gave their lands in the land pooling policy. The government will start giving them their share of developed lands from March 31st. Singapore will be giving the final Master Plan tomorrow and the final notification of Amaravati will be issued then.

Master Plan will be notified in every village from February 28th to March 7th. The government also managed to keep down the house that are going to razed down for roads to just 350. Earlier it was 4000. These 350 houses will be mainly in Thullur, Mandhadam and Inavolu villages and government will very soon announce compensation package to them.
The government will very soon start road works in certain areas of the capital area as they are need to facilitate the works of the Capital. On the other side, Singapore companies consortium will give their proposal for Amaravathi Master Developer in few days. Once the farmers are allotted their share of lands, they can also sell their lands if needed.
