PP Rao who argued the government’s case in the Supreme Court over the suspension of YSR Congress MLA, Roja expressed his displeasure over the explanation given by the suspended MLA over the issue. The counsel brought to the notice of the court that Roja in her letter tried to misrepresent facts.

However the Supreme Court did not allow in to the discussion and closed the issue saying that it is for the Speaker and the house to decide up on it. Government’s counsel also clarified that he can not give an assurance that the suspension can be lifted after Roja still trying not to accept her mistake.
This will mean that Roja’s future will again depend on the political decision taken by the government. Roja seem to be unnecessarily playing up the issue. A mere apology like other YSR Congress MLAs could easily get her out ot the suspension. But she is still trying to rake up the issue probably to get some sympathy.
