Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating the First Phase of Hyderabad Metro Rail Project at 2.30 PM on 28th of this month. On the other side, Metro will be open to the public on the next day at 6 AM due to security concerns.

Metro Rail Services will be operational only till 10 PM in the first three months. There are 57 Metro Trains right now and each train will have three coaches in which 1000 people can travel. RTC Buses will be linked with the 24 Metro Stations.
The official announcement of the ticket prices is yet to come but according to the pricing as quoted at the ticket counter at Nagole Metro Station, Ticket pricing for Nagole-Miyapur, 30 km stretch, will be 55 Rupees. As of now, Autos and Cabs do not charge less than 300-400 for this distance.
