In a heart-wrenching incident, little six-yr-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez, who has special needs, was last seen in October-November when his twin sisters were born. Following this, the couple came to India to escape federal investigation with regard to the child.
Presently, the US and other federal agencies are working to extradite the couple who are charged with abandoning/ endangering a child. The police have active felony warrants for the arrest of the couple, which is a “second-degree felony”.
Noel was one of the 10 children born to Cindy Rodriguez-Singh. While three siblings lived with their grandparents, Noel and the other children lived with their mother in a shed in Everman, a suburb of Forth Worth.
Incidentally, Cindy and Indian stepfather Arshdeep Singh got on a plane with their six children and flew into India before a welfare check was conducted on March 20. However, Noel was missing back then.
It was found that Noel was deprived of food and water and Cindy told her family and friends that the child was evil or possessed. Noel was born prematurely and suffered severe physical disabilities. As of now, the police are on a massive hunt to find the body of the child.
