While we have the rape cases piling up in our country with no action taken, an Indian man who was arrested in sexual assault case in the USA is subjected to 11 years of Jail as requested by the prosecution.

The guy named Ramamoorthy was taken into custody back then in January while he was flying to Detroit from Las Vegas with his wife. He was accused of groping a woman who was sleeping in his next seat with his wife in the other side of his seat.
Well, now the court is going to give its hearing on the appeal of the prosecution to deport him, obviously, and sentence the 34 year old the jail of 11 years.
