The YSR Congress Party has committed numerous atrocities in Andhra Pradesh during its five-year rule. Both Jagan Mohan Reddy and his ministers exploited every opportunity to loot public funds for their personal gain, with the help of the bureaucrats working in the government.

Finally, their anarchic rule has ended as the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance achieved a phenomenal victory in the recent elections.

Meanwhile, corrupt government officers who worked under Jagan’s government are now facing punishment.

Today, CID officials conducted a raid at the residence of the former Managing Director of the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation, Vasudeva Reddy.

Since this morning, the officers have been examining crucial documents at Reddy’s house in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad.

Allegedly, Vasudeva Reddy led the liquor mafia under Jagan Mohan Reddy’s rule in Andhra Pradesh and was also a staunch supporter of the YSR Congress Party.

In the past, it was alleged that Reddy helped the YCP government in looting a lot of money by introducing a new excise policy in the state. He also played a crucial role in bringing J-brands liquor to the state.

The CID officials are conducting searches based on these allegations and complaints. More details about the raid are expected to out very soon.
