Jagan’s Counter-Plan for Naidu’s Freebies

Jagan's-Counter-Plan-for-Chandrababu-Naidu's-FreebiesOpposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has just completed his marathon Padayatra of 3648 Kilometers. He is almost on roads on for around 14 months. He touched 2516 villages in 134 constituencies in the Process. Jagan walked relentlessly from November 7th, 2017 with breaks only for every Friday Court appearance, important festivals, and the resting period after the Kodi Kathi Attack.

But then, after finishing the Padayatra, Jagan observed that the energy levels of the party are dipping whenever he is not between the people and this is being counter-productive for the party. To address the issue, Jagan is going to hit the roads once again, sources within YSR Congress say.

Jagan now plans to go on a Bus Yatra from the first week of February. The Road Map is being prepared in such a way that the constituencies that are not covered in the Padayatra are given first priority. Actually, the Bus Yatra plan was there previously but the Padayatra got delayed from the actual schedule.

It was thought to skip the Bus Yatra as there is very less time before the elections. But gauging the ground situation, Jagan felt that it is right for him to be on roads until the elections and so brought out the Bus Yatra plan once again. It is also needed to divert the mood of the people from various freebies being rolled out by Chandrababu Naidu. The Party will make the Bus Yatra announcement very soon.
