Looks like the Singayya case has instilled fear in YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. It is known that the police have seized Jagan’s bullet-proof vehicle for investigation.
Already Jagan is A2 in the case. It is said that his vehicle mercilessly dragged YSRCP karyakartha Singayya for a distance after which he was picked and thrown into bushes. By the time Singayya was taken to hospital, he was in a critical condition and he died later.
Now, this case has become a major problem for Jagan who did not bother to stop and help the karyakartha.
While this is the backdrop, Jagan has filed a quash petition in AP High Court. The YSRCP head also filed a lunch motion petition, probably suspecting arrest.
Incidentally, the High Court said no to hear the petitions today. The High Court will hear the petitions tomorrow.
In the past, Jagan had boasted of not fearing being arrested. It’s a wait and watch situation now as to how the events will unravel in the coming days.
