Nara Lokesh’s transformation and his rise within the TDP will remain a forever pain for YSRCP supporters, particularly Jagan.
It is known that only two leaders in the country have faced relentless insults and malicious campaigns to kill their political careers. Lokesh is one of these two, and no one in YSRCP, even in their wildest dreams, had imagined he would achieve his current stature and fan following.
Lokesh’s lengthy speech at the Yuvagalam completion ceremony in Uttarandhra last night is a testament to his growth.
Not only did he fire shots or deliver a speech that instantly resonated with the masses, but the fact that he shared the stage with various senior leaders, and most importantly, the prominent Telugu movie star with a huge youth following, Pawan Kalyan.
However, Lokesh’s speech stood as the main highlight of the event, and his reference to the ‘red diary,’ Jagan’s IPL team without any stumble and his free-flowing speech received a massive response on the ground and social media.
More than Chandrababu Naidu or Pawan Kalyan, who, to an extent, kept their speeches simple, it was Lokesh who entertained and engaged the massive crowds with his aggressive speech.
Yuvagalam marks the beginning of the Lokesh era in TDP, evident in how every single senior leader stood and shook hands with Lokesh as he walked onto the stage. TDP cadre respects Chandrababu Naidu immensely, but they look up to Lokesh. This rise wouldn’t have been possible if Jagan had not targeted Lokesh through malicious IPAC campaigns or caused troubles for the opposition and Yuvagalam.
A leader is made during a crisis, and Lokesh is a perfect example of this. TDP fans cannot thank Jagan enough for this.
