Ex senior Congress leader Jeevan Reddy is surely not having a quiet retirement. Telangana political analysts say he did not resign in haste.
The talk doing rounds in political circles is that Jeevan Reddy will launch his younger daughter-in-law Charishma Reddy into the fray.
It is being said that the BRS is keen to grab the Jagityal leader. There is also talk that the pink party promised Jeevan Reddy secretary general and give a MLA ticket to his daughter-in-law.
Though the elections are lined up for 2028, the duo will find a strong footing in BRS in these two years. For some time, Jeevan Reddy had been criticizing the Revanth Reddy government and demanded respect.
Now it remains to be seen how the BRS will make use of long-time opponents. Politics is a strange game where people change sides according to their convenience. And if Jeevan Reddy joins BRS, the veteran leader will prove it right.
