The world is once again following news around the infamous files linked to Jeffrey Epstein. The issue had surfaced earlier but has returned to headlines after alleged pictures and videos involving famous global celebrities began circulating widely.
These reports claim that several well-known personalities were involved in sexual acts with women and mainly minors on an island owned by Epstein. The name of former American President Donald Trump has also surfaced, with claims that related videos are being circulated online.
It is alleged that Epstein used to supply girls to many celebrities. With the renewed focus on the files, attention has shifted to individuals who reportedly met or associated with him during that period.
Adding an Indian angle to the issue is YouTuber Anvesh. In a video, he claimed that the files point towards celebrities seeking sexual access to underage girls, particularly minors described as virgins.
Anvesh said he had witnessed similar activities during his travels to various islands. He further claimed that in Thailand, brokers sell girls under the promise of virginity and later force them into prostitution.
Calling the use of 13 and 14 year old girls a criminal act, Anvesh said he had seen such cases in India while working in hotels. He alleged that during his time in star hotels, film producers, directors and actors were involved in such acts.
He said he could not name anyone but added that similar incidents had taken place in Goa as well. He stressed that these issues exist across countries and need serious attention.
