Back when Kalvakuntla Kavitha was arrested and held in Tihar Jail in connection with the Delhi liquor scam, KTR was very active in Delhi. He was meeting with lawyers and other representatives to orchestra the quick release of his sister Kavitha.
But a lot has changed since thens as Kavita has been excluded from the BRS and she had to launch her own TRS party. Now it appears that Kavita has no love left for her brother KTR.
In her press conference today, Kavita said KTR is unable to carry the political legacy of their father KCR. “NTR had many sons, but none could carry his legacy. Similarly, KCR’s son is also unable to carry his political ideology.”
These are some pretty serious and straightforward comments from Kavita on her brother, as she appears to have no feelings left for him at this point. This is perhaps reminiscent of the Sharmila situation in Andhra Pradesh, who frequently calls out her brother Jagan.
Both Jagan and KTR appear to be finding them themselves in extremely identical situations now as both of them have their sisters standing against them.
