Telangana Jagruthi president Kavitha will go to Tirumala on March 5. She will perform special pujas and pay respects to Lord Venkateswara.
Kavitha will be taking the Alipiri route and climb the stairs to Tirumala. Her family will be accompanying her on the two-day trip. Kavitha will be in Tirumala on March 6 too.
There is strong talk that Kavitha is visiting Tirumala after being released in the Delhi liquor scam. Kavitha had spent around 165 days in Tihar jail after being accused in the case.
Following her release, Kavitha developed grouse over her ex party BRS to the extent that she was suspended from the party. But that did not stop Kavitha. She quit BRS. She is now talking of launching her own party and becoming the first woman CM of Telangana.
Big plans often lead to a belief in God. During his time, KCR, chief of BRS was known to perform Chandi homams regularly to be in power.
Now, it’s the turn of his estranged daughter to turn to God for blessings. But there is gossip in Telangana political circles about the choice of Tirumala instead of Yadadri. Maybe Kavitha does not want to visit Yadadri as it was developed by her father KCR!
