The investigation of film celebrities in Drugs Case is almost complete. It will be finished in two more days. SIT did not issue notices to anyone further in the case until now. The state government is upset that the investigation is giving the feeling that the government is targeting Film Industry.

There are instructions from the government that the further investigation should happen without any Hungama and they are also asked to keep the information of new notices under the wraps. The Chief Minister already asserted that film celebrities will only be treated as the affected in this case.
With this assertion, those involved in the case are relieved. With media so aggressively pursuing the case, it has to be seen if the department could keep the further investigation secret. There are allegations that department itself is giving intentional leaks in this case so far.
