Telangana ex-minister and MLA Malla Reddy praised the governance of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu during his visit to Tirumala. He spoke to the media after having darshan of Lord Balaji.
Malla Reddy said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is granting lakhs of crores to Andhra Pradesh. He added that Chandrababu Naidu is developing the state at a rapid pace.
He shared that he wishes for something new every year. Last year, he wished for universities, and now he runs three of the biggest deemed universities in India.
Malla Reddy also highlighted the remarkable growth Telangana experienced under KCR’s leadership. He said top MNCs were brought to Hyderabad, but currently, the real estate market in the city is struggling. Earlier, people sold properties in Andhra to invest in Hyderabad.
According to him, the trend has now reversed. People from Hyderabad are buying properties in Andhra Pradesh and running businesses there. He added that if KCR comes back to power, the old times could return.
Notably, Malla Reddy did not make any political remarks about changing parties. He praised both leaders in a balanced way, dismissing rumours that he might join TDP, at least for now.
