Kapu Activist Mudhragada Padmanabham served one more ultimatum to the state government. Mudhragada and his wife sat for a Deeksha last month and finally withdrew it in three days after government held talks with him and gave few commitments. But it looks like Mudhragada is impatient to wait for government and announced one more Deeksha.

He announced that he and his wife will sit for a Deeksha from 11th of this month if the demands are not met with. Mudhragada is demanding 1500 Crore immediately for Kapu Corporation but the poor finances of the state is hampering that. However government already started giving loans to Kapu community and almost gave to the tune of 220 Crore.
But Mudhragada is alleging that only TDP cadre from the community are given the loans. He is also demand his man in the committee appointed to look in to Reservation demand which is not constitutionally acceptable. On the other side, the government already announced that Mudhragada can not blackmail it and dictate terms. Several Kapu Community leaders are of the opinion that Mudhragada is politically backed and it is not fair to sit for another deeksha with out giving time to the government to prove its commitment.
