‘For 1 Hr Talk With CBN, We Have To Study For 4 Days’

Nimmala Ramanaidu Chandrababu water plan

Nimmala Ramanaidu, Andhra Pradesh Minister of Water Resources, made an interesting remark on Thursday about Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. His comments highlighted the Chief Minister’s intense focus on preparation and subject knowledge.

He said that ministers need to prepare for at least four days to speak with Chandrababu Naidu for an hour. According to him, every review meeting requires thorough study, which helps ministers gain deep understanding of the subject under discussion.

Explaining this approach, the minister referred to learning about GNSS and water flow planning. He said that if Gorakallu gets filled, Avuku will receive water, followed by Gandikota and then Chitravati. Only after Chitravati is filled will water finally reach Pulivendula.

After returning to power, Chandrababu Naidu has taken personal responsibility for providing drinking water to Rayalaseema. His goal is to transform the region by making the dry and rocky land greener and more productive.

The Chief Minister also aims to turn Rayalaseema into a hub for ornamental plants. Despite Pulivendula being the constituency of former Chief Minister Jagan, the minister claimed that little was done earlier to address water issues there.

He added that Chandrababu Naidu is now focused on developing Pulivendula on par with the rest of Rayalaseema. The emphasis, he said, is on long term water security and sustainable regional development.
