In yet another shock for YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in his own bastion, Kadapa district, Badwel MLA, Jayaramulu joined the ruling Telugu Desam Party a short while ago. Jayaramulu met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and TDP Supremo Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada and joined the party in his presence.

Out of the ten Assembly seats in Kadapa district, YSR Congress won nine of them in the last elections. We have seen Jammalamadugu MLA, Adi Narayana Reddy crossing the fence the other day. And now Jayaramulu’s defection takes the number to two in the strongest district of YSR Congress in the state.
This comes hours after Jagan Mohan Reddy said even after extreme pressures, the ruling party only managed to take out four MLAs from his party. Jayaramulu announced that he do not want to stay aloof from development by being other side and so joined the ruling party.These joinings will give sleepless nights to the party for sure.
