Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan toured the flooded areas of Pithapuram the other day to assess the damage and support relief efforts. Parts of Pawan Kalyan’s own constituency, Pithapuram are submerged due to Yeleru Canal Breach.

YSR Congress seems to be clueless about how to criticize the Government on this issue.
Former Janasena leader Pothina Mahesh, in particular, is targeting Pawan Kalyan for no reason.

He posted a big message on X asking if Pawan Kalyan is only the minister for Pithapuram and why he did not tour the flood-affected areas of Vijayawada.
This is a dumb criticism. Pawan Kalyan is the single-biggest donor when it comes to contributing to the floods. He donated 6 Crore rupees of his hard-earned money.

He is doing review meetings pertaining to his portfolios and is keeping the officials on their toes as far as the relief works that come under his departments.
Comments like Why only Pithapuram? Why not Vijayawada? are hollow and only expose the YSR Congress’s bankruptcy of ideas.
Furthermore, these comments are coming from YSR Congress leaders who contributed nothing to the cause.
All the YSR Congress leaders totally disappeared from the ground. Jagan did two namesake tours and went to Bengaluru.
Pothina Mahesh, himself is doing namesake tours in Vijayawada for the sake of reels and YouTube Channels without even contributing a water packet to the victims.
These people criticizing Pawan Kalyan is a big joke.
