Is Prashant Kishor Tamed Or Vindicated?

Prashant Kishor reacts to Bihar politics shift

Jan Suraaj chief Prashant Kishor who has maintained stoic silence so far has commented on the exit of Nitish Kumar as the CM of Bihar. Prashant Kishor spoke to media after attending a function related to Eid on Saturday.

Prashant Kishor had predicted NDA’s defeat while JD(U) led NDA swept the polls. Since then, Prashant Kishor has been maintaining a low profile.

Finally, the Jan Suraaj leader is vocal again after it has been announced that Nitish Kumar will go to the Center, most likely as a Rajya Sabha member. The BJP will now choose its CM candidate for Bihar.

Prashant Kishor says though he was trolled for making wrong guesses, he stands vindicated as he had predicted that Nitish Kumar will not be Bihar’s CM. He told media that Nitish Kumar was physically and mentally unfit to be the CM of Bihar.

Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the CM of Bihar for the 10th time in 2025. Months later, the BJP squeezed him out of the post and is set to take over Bihar.

Prashant Kishor says the BJP is claiming its share after “manufacturing the mandate” in Bihar. Meanwhile, the BJP is slowly adding states to its kitty to run its double-engine sarkar. Can Bihar expect growth and prosperity under the BJP? Can it transition from a labour-intensive market to a knowledge and skill-based economy remains to be seen.

On the other hand, despite tall claims prior to the elections, Prashant Kishor surely appears tamed.
