We have been hearing of land rates soaring every day in the capital region of Andhra Pradesh. But the stories of Rowdy Realtors coming to the region are not coming as much as they are happening.
Few Realtors reportedly are purchasing controversial lands in the capital. These lands are usually in disputes between family members. Realtors are taking sides in these issues and supporting one side with Rowdyism and Corrupt Police power thereby land disputes are becoming more and more common in the region.
Some of the Realtors are managing local revenue and police officials and are encroaching lands by preparing fake pass books and documents. They are usually targeting small farmers with half acre or one acre. As the farmers struggle to get justice, they are threatening them and getting lands registered for name sake prices and ditching the poor farmers. Government needs to take a serious look on such incidents otherwise they may even threaten the law and order in the region.
