The arrest of TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu is the biggest political development in the recent years and it is getting dragged on and on.
Now, CBN’s bail petition came to hearing at the Andhra Pradesh high court today and here’s a their look at the latest developments in connection with the plea.
The court held the hearing today and later announced that the case has been adjourned for now.
The court stated that the next hearing is scheduled to be held on the 17th of this month. Meaning, Naidu’s bail petition stands adjourned till the mentioned date.
The CID was ordered by the court to submit the counter to the bail petition filed by Chandrababu’s legal team. The CID is expected to give their statements in the court on 17th.
As for Lokesh’s anticipatory bail petition at the high court, it has been pushed to hearing later this afternoon. This is also a substantial development with regard to the Inner Ring Road case.
